Member Email Verification

It is important for each member to contact the Election Office ASAP at election.officer@sfbatm.org to verify whether their membership is active and we have your correct email ID. The Executive Committee will be sending reminders via the group email, and through posts in Facebook and WhatsApp groups.

In addition the Election Office will take the following steps to confirm that we have the correct email address for our members.

  1. Contact each member using the email address in our member database using the service https://www.verticalresponse.com/. We will identify which emails are working and which ones are bouncing.

  2. A BPO agent from Tamil Nadu has been hired to contact each member using the phone number in the database. He will confirm the email ID and will collect the new email ID if the one in the database is wrong.

IMPORTANT

  • It is the responsibility of each member to proactively contact the Election Office to verify their membership and email ID. Election Office will not be responsible for expired memberships, and incorrect email IDs in Tamil Manram database.

  • If there are any disputes regarding expired membership, it should be taken up with the Executive Committee. Contact them at executive.committee@sfbatm.org Election Office is not responsible to resolve those disputes.

  • If you have difficulty in casting the vote, contact the Election Officer at election.officer@sfbatm.org as soon as possible to give him ample time to resolve the issue before the election closes. Once the election closes you will not be able to participate in the election.
