Deadline for filing nominations to contest in this year's election.

Last day for anyone to become a member of Tamil Manram to be eligible to vote in this election. If you are already a member your membership must be active on October 31, 2020.

Last day for the candidates to withdraw their nominations.

Executive Committee will hold an online Zoom session on October 28, 2020 (Wednesday). The candidates will introduce themselves. Tamil Manram members can attend this event to get to know the candidates before the electronic voting begins.

Electronic voting will be open for 60 hours from midnight 12:01 AM October 29, 2020 (Thursday) to Noon 12:00 PM October 31, 2020 (Saturday).

• The system will send out email ballots around midnight 12:01 AM on October 29, 2020 (Thursday) when the election is open

• After 24 hours the system will send the first reminder to those who have not yet voted around midnight 12:01 AM on October 30, 2020 (Friday)

• Again after another 24 hours the system will send out the second and final reminder to those who have not yet voted around midnight 12:01 AM on October 31, 2020 (Saturday). Members will have 12 hours from this notification to submit their votes.

General Body meeting will be held on October 31, 2020 (Saturday) where the election results will be announced.
