My 7 Raising-The-Bar Initiatives:

(#1) திருவள்ளுவர் Statue & "யாதும் ஊரே" கல்வெட்டு in San Francisco, the birthplace of UN (I initiated it already in 2020; the project is in full-throttle. I will deliver the result in 2021).

(#2) Raise $5 million to buy Land/Building for Tamil Community Center (TCC) in 3 years.

(#3) Transforming SF-BATM from Event-Planning Company to Service-Oriented Organization.

• 6 New Independent VPs in the Board (Diaspora Services, Health & Outdoor, American-Born Tamil Youth, Science & Technology, Women Empowerment, தமிழ் இலக்கியம்)

(#4) To exceed Guinness Records by having Yearly Mega Pongal in county fairgrounds.

($5) Quarterly Town Hall meetings for the members.

(#6) Update bylaws to pave way for greater, bigger and smarter SF-BATM.

(#7) Make the current 500-member organization into 20,000-member organization in 5 years

சில திட்டங்களை ஒரு வருடத்திற்குள் நிறைவேற்ற முடியுமென்றாலும், மற்றபல திட்டங்களை நிறைவேற்றுவதற்கு 3-முதல்-5 வருடங்களாகும் என்பதை நன்கு அறிவேன்.
